Greetings from Hosmer Point! Today at Hosmer Point Camp, campers engaged in a variety of activities, including swimming, boating, and arts and crafts. The weather was clear with temperatures reaching a high of 75°F. For breakfast, we devoured stacks of pancakes alongside maple sausage. Campers continued their focus areas and delved into new electives. They did archery, went fishing, and played board games, rugby, and badminton. We enjoyed our weekly Taco Tuesday for lunch, before returning to afternoon focus areas. For afternoon electives, campers chose between dodgeball, pirates, land surfing, bracelet making, and world cup. Campers are now with their cabins, practicing their lip sync dances for tomorrow’s performance. We’re looking forward to meatloaf tonight before enjoying our county fair evening activity. In the evening, campers will gather around the campfire, fostering a sense of community. Overall, it has been a fulfilling day at Hosmer Point Camp, with campers learning, growing, and creating lasting memories.
