We're soaking in yet another sunny day up on the hill! A lot of water options filled the elective options for the day to help keep us cool and collected. Campers began their morning by spiffing up some vehicles around camp by conducting a car wash! Others chose a camp favorite game of dibble dabble, canoeing and ultimate frisbee. Some campers chose to ease into the day with calmer electives like grass nap, zen coloring and farm and garden. Campers continued their cool water choices for the second elective of the day with options of splashball, drip drip drop, and stand up paddle boarding. Many staff and counselors were asked what cool drink they would like to help stay hydrated with our fun and interactive elective called HP Cafe! It was a nice way to remember to hydrate.
We're continuing on with our focuses mentioned yesterday. One of our focuses is photography - campers have been documenting all over camp capturing so many beautiful moments. Be sure to look out for a link at the end of the session to view all of the wonderful moments caught on camera.
Food is our fuel for these days packed with memories being made! We began our day with scrambled eggs, bacon and other wholesome breakfast options. Today we were celebrating our Meatless Monday! Our Asian tofu is remarkably seasoned accompanied by broccoli, and jasmine rice. There are plenty of other options within the salad bar to ensure everybody gets what they need to have a happy belly. After dinner, and elective sign ups for tomorrow, we're jumping in for our final stretch of the day with our evening activity consisting of Counselor Hunt! It's yet another time for cabins and friends to bond and foster friendships. We're in the homestretch with a lot of memorable fun coming up in this upcoming week!
