Greetings from Hosmer Point! We kicked off our morning with a hearty breakfast of pancakes and sausages, before heading into community work time. Campers met for their first day of their weeklong focus areas, learning printmaking and bouldering, participating in the American Revolution and the Olympics, or heading out to our farm and garden for the morning. Next, they transitioned to their morning electives, where they played flag football and splashball, creating collages and interpretive dances, and singing karaoke. After a filling Taco Tuesday lunch, campers began their afternoon focus areas. Some went out on the lake with various watercraft, while others played board and field games. For their afternoon electives, campers played giant kickball, card games, dodgesponge, and dibble dabble, or did nature painting or archery. After cabin time, campers will enjoy a delicious dinner before participating in an all-camp evening activity.
