Breakfast at Camp:
This morning, our campers enjoyed a delicious breakfast to fuel their active day ahead. The breakfast menu included scrambled eggs, crispy homefries, toasted bread, and sizzling bacon. The aroma of freshly cooked breakfast items filled the dining hall, and our campers eagerly filled their plates with these mouthwatering options.
In addition to the classic breakfast items, we maintained our popular yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal bar, where campers could create their own personalized breakfast bowls. With a wide array of toppings available, including fresh fruits, granola, and maple syrup, our campers had the opportunity to start their day with a nutritious and delicious meal.
Activities at Camp:
This afternoon, the campers had an amazing time out on the lake, engaging in sculling and sailing activities. The sun was shining, and the lake sparkled as our campers skillfully maneuvered their boats. It was a sight to behold, witnessing the campers' confidence and teamwork as they navigated the waters. We are proud of their progress and their enthusiasm for learning and enjoying the outdoor activities that Camp has to offer.
Upcoming Event: Lip Sync
With the Lip Sync event just around the corner, camp is abuzz with excitement and anticipation. The cabins have been busy selecting their songs and choreographing their routines. Lip Sync is always a favorite event among our campers, as it allows them to showcase their creativity, talent, and teamwork.
The campers are eagerly rehearsing their performances, practicing their dance moves, and perfecting their lip-syncing skills. From popular hits to classic tunes, the range of song choices is diverse, reflecting the unique tastes and personalities of our campers. The counselors and staff members are also joining in the fun, assisting the campers with their routines and providing guidance to ensure a spectacular show.
That's all for today's update from Camp. Stay tuned for more exciting news and updates as our campers continue to create memories and enjoy their summer adventure.
Warmest regards, The Camp Blog Team
