Greetings from Hosmer Point! This morning, we started the day with a scrumptious breakfast of cinnamon rolls. The day was beautiful, slightly on the cooler side compared to many of the days we’ve been having, and sunny. Campers continued their Focus Areas, participating in crafting, treasure hunting, swimming, and field games. This morning’s elective options included pickleball and spikeball. For lunch, we enjoyed grill cheese sandwiches and sweet potato fries. In their afternoon Focus Areas, campers went out on boats and bikes, or played volleyball and board games. They then made nature paintings, or played gaga ball, basketball, or sardines. Soon, campers will be finishing up free time and heading to their cabin sections to bond with their cabinmates. We’re looking forward to a delicious dinner and a fun game of Camper Hunt, since our last Camper Hunt game was rained out. Instead of Camper Hunt, we had a rousing Game Show Night on Tuesday evening, staying dry in the theater.
